Glenn Colley was born in Houston, Texas and is a third generation preacher. He graduated from Freed-Hardeman University in 1981, has been preaching for 40 years, and has been married to Cindy for 39 years. They have two children, Caleb, who is married to Rebekah, and Hannah, who is married to Ben Giselbach. Both of these men preach full time. Glenn and Cindy are the authors of books such as “Awake at Night,” “You’re Singing My Song,”“Your Mama Don’t Dance,” “Crown of Creation,” “Women of Deliverance,” “Get Real,” “Melons and Mates,” “Loose Change,” “Awake at Night,” and the annual “Digging Deep” series.
Glenn holds as many gospel meetings each year as local work will allow and he often conduct classes and seminars about the family and about leadership in the church. Glenn has done foreign mission work in campaigns in Africa, South America, India, American Samoa, and Ukraine. He is a frequent writer for Spiritual Sword Magazine and Gospel Advocate Magazine. Glenn serves on the boards of directors for Lads to Leaders and The Gospel Broadcasting Network. He is the pulpit minister for the West Huntsville Church of Christ in Huntsville, Alabama.
Kirk was appointed as President of Heritage Christian University in 2018. He taught at Freed Hardeman University for 8 years and was involved in local congregational work for 23 years. Kirk is involved with mission work in Latin America doing Future Minister Training Camps for young men ages 11-24. He married Cindy Markham in 1988 and together they have two daughters, Katie (26) and Hannah (22). Kirk has a B.A. and Mdiv from David Lipscomb, a M.A. from Freed Hardeman, and a PhD from Southern Seminary.
Austin Johnson is the Preaching Minister for the Pleasant Valley church of Christ in Killen, AL. Austin grew up in Richmond, Kentucky where his father, Michael Johnson, has been preaching for almost 30 years. He is a graduate of Freed-Hardeman University, receiving his B.A. in Biblical Studies and M.A. in New Testament Studies. He is happily married to Brianne Johnson, of Florence, AL and they have two sons Jarrett (4) and Brooks (2). He loves worship, family, food, spiritual conversations and is beyond grateful when people graciously laugh at his jokes! Preaching is his passion and he hopes, with God’s help, your faith will increase.
